We will not honor any $0.00 products. There has been an error where some products from our vendors come in with a $0.00 sale price. We do our best to catch these and correct the error but if you find one that we have not caught it will be removed from any pending orders before the order is fulfilled.

If your state does not allow us to sell you a product we will refund the unallowed items and conclude the remainder of the order. This can change shipping costs so we will make an effort to contact you by email as our preferred method. If you wish to purchase items your state does not allow we recommend that you move to a more 2A friendly state. We follow the law whether we agree with them or not. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with delivery locations in states we choose not to do business in.

We do not allow refunds on firearms and most firearm accessories. We can on some items allow for an exchange. Additional shipping fees may be assessed on exchanges and the original item must be in new condition in original packaging to be considered. All refund requests must be made by email or phone to: [email protected] or (254) 709-4509.

If approved for a refund and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Firearms, NFA items, or other ATF-regulated items will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days less any restocking fees.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] for authorization and mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
